- Hot holding internal food temperature at 60 degrees C or more.
- Raw animal products are not stored above ready-to-eat foods.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
- Ice machine maintained in clean condition. Ice scoop stored in container outside machine.
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse residual at the utensil surface (minimum required: 50 ppm chlorine).
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
