Routine inspection. (see written report # F00244477) Handwash stations fully equipped. All coolers <4c and equipped w/thermometers. Freezer @ -18c. Front display cooler @ 4c. All foods are protected from contamination. Employee onsite has foodsafe certification. Pest control is in place. Overall sanitation is adequate. The following requires operators attention: 1. Ensure to do deep cleaning twice weekly. 2. Ensure owner/operator must renew foodsafe level 1 certification.
