Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated money and personal items at the time of inspection. Operator observed to clean and sanitize the food prep counter. Do not keep personal items on food prep counters to prevent potential contamination of food being prepared on the food prep counter.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen chicken observed to be thawing in room temperature. Frozen chicken measured to be at -5C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated frozen chicken item into the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Ensure to thaw frozen food in a working cooler or under cold running water.
