All outstanding items noted on previous report have been addressed.
Food contact surfaces observed to be in sanitary condition
Hot and cold running water were available at sufficient temperature and pressure at all hand washing stations and at three compartment sink. High temperature dishwasher measured 74 degrees C at the utensil surface.
Construction materials were not observed to be present at the time of inspection
All ceiling tiles appear to be in place in front and back areas
Health approval is granted to operate. This does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other agency.
