Observation: A) Door to men's washroom which opens into the food preparation area was open at time of inspection.
B) Some lights in the food premises did not have sleeves/covers. Specifically, the lights above the dishwasher and the light above the dipper well area
C) Scoops for the bulk foods were stored directly in the foods
Corrective Action(s): A) Keep washroom door closed or install a self closing hinge.
B) Ensure all lights in the food premises have covers or sleeves
C) Keep the handles for the scoops for the bulk foods stored outside of the foods

All hand wash stations were fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, prep, reach in...etc)
Freezers -18C or less
Hot holding of soups higher than 60C
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Dry storage area well maintained.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Quat sanitizer at source and in spray bottles 200ppm. Remind staff to keep reusable wiping cloths stored in a container of sanitizer to prevent microbial growth.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine.
