Observation: Manager increased temperature of final rinse tank. First cycle tested at 73c (At plate level). Next cycle tested at 67c (At plate Level). 3rd cycle tested at 65c (At plate level). As per previous report, dishwasher must consistently reach a "Minimum" of 71c (At plate level) on every cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Contact technician. Continue to sanitize dishes in the 3rd sink with 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes then air dry as per previous inspection report.
