Next cycle tested at 67c (At plate Level). 3rd cycle tested at 65c (At plate level). As per previous report, dishwasher must consistently reach a "Minimum" of 71c (At plate level) on every cycle. Corrective Action(s): Contact technician. Continue to sanitize dishes in the 3rd sink with 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes then air dry as per previous inspection report. Violation Score: 15
