Observation: Pot washer rinse temperature is 66 degC. It must be at least 71 degC at plate level. Rinse gauge on the washer indicated 170 degF during the rinse cycle when it should be between 180-195 degF at the manifold.
Corrective Action(s): Get the potwasher repaired.
