Corrective Action(s): An opened juice & olive bin moved to a different cooler. Don't store these items until the cooler has been repaired to maintain 4C or below.

Dishwasher chlorine residual 50ppm
Iodine glass washer residual measured approx. 12.5ppm
Drink ice separated from cooling ice in separate sinks.
Temperature and equipment monitoring records well maintained and appear accurate.
**Careful leaving out "refrigerate after opening" sauces while in use/ reorganizing product in walk in cooler.
General sanitation of facility good
No evidence of pests (please reset rodent traps in back storage room)
