Routine: -Handsink fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel -Pizza prep cooler: 4 C at insert / 3 C under -Walk in cooler: 3 C -Beverage cooler: 4 C -Temp logs are being taken daily -Prep station work surface has been cleaned and peeling sticker has been removed -Sanitizer bottle and 3rd compartment dishwashing sink noted 200 ppm QUATS -No signs of pest activity noted during inspection -pc reports reviewed Oct 10, 2019 and Nov 26, 2019 - minimal activity *reviewed reports with manager over the phone and action has been taken and gaps in walls and around exterior back door have been filled. Garbage removal is being done through the front door and use of the back door is limited to deliveries only. -General sanitation satisfactory
