Licensing received a complaint on April 27, 2022, alleging concerns related to care and supervision. The following details were provided: - There is a lack of supervision - The Licensee hit a child on the cheek All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Licensing conducted interviews and reviewed facility records. Licensing determined the following contraventions related to: -Play Area, materials and equipment - CCLR Section 16(3)(a) - Continuous Supervision required - CCLR Section 39(1) - Records for each child - CCLR Section 57(1)(a) |
