Comments

General sanitation is good. Handwashing station is satisfactory. Cavicide is available for cleaning the tattoo machines, work stations, chairs. Needles, cartridges, grips, razors are disposable. Appropriate sharps container is available. Skin is disinfected with 70% isopropryl alcohol before tattooing. In the written Tattoo aftercare procedures provided to the clients, include information on signs and symptoms of possible complications and advise clients to seek medical advice should infection develops. Inform consent is available. Service is not performed on those under the age of 18. Operator reported that all tattoo artists has Hep C and Tetanus immunization (3 total). Reviewed report verbally with the operator.
