Observation: Inside wall not properly sealed. This was stated in report on April 9, 2019.
Drywall exposed on the ceiling
Toilet removed from employee washroom which is now being used for food storage. Properly seal opening in the floor as a rag is not acceptable.
Corrective Action(s): Wall surfaces must be smooth, non absorbant and easy to clean.
Paint/seal drywall.
