Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source.
Food product in walk in cooler is covered with food grade covers.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.

Approval issued January 15, 2024 by Fraser Health for food service in back kitchen. Stamped copy of plans issued to operator.
