Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source. Food product in walk in cooler is covered with food grade covers. Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 3-compartment sink in use set up in use. Chlorine sanitizer at 200 ppm concentration. Dishwasher final rinse at the plate at 100 ppm Chlorine solution. Chemical test strips in use. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Holding units: Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C and below. Back kitchen renovation completed as per approved plans. Plans Job No: 21-50, Drawing A02. Approval issued January 15, 2024 by Fraser Health for food service in back kitchen. Stamped copy of plans issued to operator. Ensure all other regulatory and City requirements are met before operation of back kitchen. Facility in compliance in accordance to the Food Premise Regulation.
