Routine inspection conducted:

Facility opens at 5:00pm. Inspection was conducted during facility's prep hours.

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles. Replace one of the bottles as discussed at this time.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition.
Follow-up inspection to be conducted today at 4:00pm before opening. Dishwasher must be repaired by the follow-up inspection. Otherwise, a Closure Order will be issued.
