- Walk-In Cooler - Unit was turned back on. Ambient Temperature: 3 deg C
- Required equipment cleaning and sanitizing has been completed.
- Operator advised that follow-up with Kwality Pest Control has been conducted - it is not acceptable to place rodenticide inside the food premises.
