Premises sells dry food products only. Wiping rags observed in 200ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Bleach available for manual dishwashing. Reviewed 2 compartment dishwashing method with staff on site. Instruction manual posted on the wall. *Install at least one tincat trap inside the premises. *Equip one spray bottle of chlorine sanitizer. No sharing is allowed with the other store (Unit 1128)
