Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on October 19, 2023 regarding care and supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, documentation and a digital recording. Licensing confirmed staff used inappropriate guidance strategies when she raised her voice and pulled a child. In addition, the staff was missing a criminal record check.
