Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the food inside the fridge at the Primerose servery is slightly above the safe level at 7C. Should be 4C/40F or below.
Corrective Action(s): Temperature setting has been dialed down. Dairy products and sandwiches have been moved to another fridge until the temperature comes down. Service the unit as necessary. Check the fridge thermometer and replace if inaccurate.

General sanitation is very good.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
Temperature of dishwasher and other cold holding equipment are satisfactory.
No food were inside the bain marie units during the inspection. The hot water in the wells were >60C.
Recommend covering the glasses of juice on the trolley with a clean upside down tray rather than paper towels and not under the wall mounted paper towel dispenser.
