Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUATs test strips available.
Walk-in cooler, prep cooler, under counter cooler, and cold wells at the front measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer measured at -20C. Hot-holding unit measured at 73C. Thermometers present in cooling units.
Operator informed that the ice cream machine is cleaned and sanitized daily.
Ice machine and ice bin in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
