Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. Three compartment sink is set up correctly and in use. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers at adequate temperature. Products stored in frozen state. Ice machine replaced with a brand new one. No issues at this time. In use utensils storage practice is adequate (in dipper well, in a cooler, etc.) Weekly pest control service in place. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. No issues noted with the additional food storage room. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns regarding this report.
