- Hand washing sink in front area has been serviced; adequate hot water is now available at this sink. - Hand washing sink in back kitchen is now properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in a designated caddy on the wall. - Bleach sanitizer solution available in the front and back areas, in properly labelled spray bottles. Solution was still over 200 ppm (chlorine residual) - operator diluted at time of inspection. Ensure to mix only 1/2 tsp of bleach for every litre of water for proper concentrations. - Ventilation hood filters at the fryers located in the front have been cleaned and sanitized. Thank you
