Routine inspection conducted today: All handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were noted at 4C or below. All freezer units were noted at -18C or below. All QUAT sanitizer spray bottles and wall mounted dispensers were noted with 400 PPM QUAT. Sanitizer test strips available. Food in storage were stored in an organized manner and protected. Food were all stored off the floor. Few baby products were reviewed for expiry dates - none were noted expired. General sanitation noted excellent. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. No entry points for pests noted in the delivery and disposal area. High temperature dish machine for bulk food was noted at 72.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
