Application requires a revise pls revise + submit Fsp, SP + FS Certificates are submitted * - No sign of Rodent - some fruit flies - monitor + control - Temp. all coolers, freezers are satisfactory (<4 degrees Celsius + <-18 degrees Celsius respectively) - paper Towels + liquid soap are provided at sink *- Small Ice machine. The large one is not working * - Bleach solution Too strong - demonstrated the proper mix + provided some Test strips for the operator *- Dishwasher Temp. >71 degrees Celsius after 3 runs - Ensure Temp is proper before running dishwasher Health Approval is granted subject to the above corrections. * Permit fee is outstanding (July or Sep?? clarify)
