Routine inspection conducted. Premise generally maintained in excellent sanitary condition. The following was noted:
Domestic fridge at 2C
Domestic freezer compartment at -17C
Hand wash sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
Ceramic plates, utensils stored in good sanitary condition inside cupboards and drawers
Domestic dishwasher present
Bleach sanitizer available for use when kitchen is in operation
Food products stored at least 6"off the floor
Chemicals stored underneath hand wash sink
No signs of recent, visible pest activity noted at time of inspection
A reminder that any changes to the menu items must first be approved by the district or covering Environmental Health Officer. Currently, the menu items approved are as follows: frozen waffles, milk and cereal, fruit, crackers with cheese, toast with jam, and baking lower risk products including cookies and muffins. |
