Black organic buildup noted in the interior of the ice machine. 2. Dead fly and debris noted in the containers holding clean utensils. Correction: 1.Discard all the ice and clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine as per the manufacturer's instruction. 2. Rewash and sanitize all utensils in the containers and clean out the containers before putting the utensils back in these containers. Date to be corrected by: November 22, 2023
