Follow up inspection conducted on April 14 2023 (report #: 255878) - Food stored in walk in cooler were mostly - In-use scoops with handles have been purchased and are stored on top of salt/sugar with handles sticking out. Good - Plastic boards for covering pizza trays are much cleaner than previously. Continue to regularly clean these items and maintain in sanitary condition. Consider trimming the edges of plastic boards to help remove hand-to-clean edges. - Areas previously noted droppings have been cleaned. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
