A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers below 4C; freezers below -15C; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily
- High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle was 75.9C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand washing sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; labeled; stored in groups with proteins below RTE foods on the lowest shelves; and stored 6" off the floor on shelves.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Quats sanitizer was 200ppm.
- Provided invoice for the yearly health permit fees as mailing address was incorrect. Please pay the fees IMMEDIATELY.
- Provided a Health Approval application form to complete, with the correct address. When the form is completed, please contact our office and we will pick it up.
