Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food item (curry sauce) found on counter with temperature of 33c. Operator informed that food item was being cooled. Do not cool food items at room temperature. Foods should be cooled properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food items are cooled in shallow pans or in the cooler so they are cooled within 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher found at 0ppm concentration during time of inspection for sanitizing cycle.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walkin cooler at 3c and equipped with thermometer.
Under the counter coolers in kitchen found at 4c or below.
Insert cooler found at 4c.
Standup freezer at -18c.
Chest freezers at -20c.
Note: Do not over fill coolers/freezers as they can affect temperatures and the air circulation leading to a fluctuation in temperatures.
Bleach water is available for food contact surfaces.
No pest issues found during this inspection.
