Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for sanitizing food contact surfaces/equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is prepared and available for use. General sanitizer solution formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection both the staff washroom hand sink and kitchen designated hand sink paper towel holders empty.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

Observation: Domestic cooler now provided with an accurate indicating thermometer. Accurate indicating thermometer missing for the Coca Cola cooler used to store pizza ingredients.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain an accurate indicating thermometer for the Coca Cola cooler. Correct by September 1, 2021.

Routine inspection:

Hand sink after correction provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
After correction 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use.
3 compartment sink available for use.
No rodent activity observed at time of inspection. Continue to monitor for rodent activity.
Walk in cooler not in use. Preparation cooler inserts and lower section not in use at time of inspection. To be turned on in the evening. Ensure unit is maintaining 4 degrees C or less before placing any cold potentially hazardous foods.
Coca Cola cooler at 2 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -12 degrees C.
Chest freezer at -18 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Permit posted in front area.
Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers.
