Routine Inspection
- Hand washing station is equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Hot and cold running water is available.
- Quats Sanitizer is at 200 ppm concentration in the three compartment sink. Fill spray bottles from this station until the sanitizer bottle filling unit is serviced. Monitor and log sanitizer concentration.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature above 72 degree Celsius at the dish level.
- Coolers are at 4 c or below and equipped with thermometers.
- Chest and walk in Freezer ambient air temperature below -18 c.
- Temperature logs are in place
- Pest control in place
- General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
Note: Some dented cans found in the dry storage area. Do not serve the food content from the dented cans.
