- Glasswasher: 100 ppm chlorine residual. Chlorine test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Interior of ice machine and ice transport bin appears maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Ice for bar area is stored in 3rd compartment of 3-compartment sink. Cleaning and sanitizing procedures for 3-compartment sink ice storage reviewed with operator.
- No rodent activity noted at time of inspection.
