- Display cooler holding chopped fruits and vegetables measure 4C or below
>>> Please do not overstock cooler as it will prevent proper air circulation.
- Bleach available for cutting board and knife sanitizing.
>>> Please mix bleach water at 1tsp bleach to 1L water
- General food storage is good.
- Staff and management is aware of food recalls.
- No signs of pests

Note:
- Cutting board needs to be replaced, stains and deep cut marks observed. If stains cannot be removed by bleach then it needs to be replaced to prevent microorganisms growing in the cracks and crevices of the board.
- Pipes under the two compartment sink is leaky. Please have fix the leak.
