Handwashing facilities maintained. (warm water supply, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers) Professional pest control service in place. Premise sanitation satisfactory. Wiping rags in use stored in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Both sanitizer spray bottles equipped with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Chlorine test strips available for testing sanitizer solutions. Detergent and bleach available for cleaning and sanitizing purposes. Left chest freezer -8 C, Right chest freezer -9 C, Ice cream display freezer -4 C Dipper well in operation at ice cream station, water flow continous. Storage room: chest freezer (at door) -12 C, right chest freezer -8 C Note: Floor corner between front retail shelving sections - debris and trace mouse droppings.
