-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperature within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Probe thermometer available.
-Coffee creams stored in ice <4'C. Good.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles throughout. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-Back storage area satisfactory. Dishwashing sink satisfactory.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.

NOTE: Delivery just came before the inspection. Staff are putting food products away at this time.
