Observation: Front hand washing sink is turned off due to a leak. The 2-compartment sink in the back will be used in the meantime. A new sink and faucet has been ordered by the owner.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm.
The dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level.
Pest control comes onsite monthly, no evidence of pests observed during the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
