- Store ice scoop outside the machine to prevent contamination

- All handsinks in kitchen, bar area and staff washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - upright, bar coolers, prep and walk-in - are maintained at temperature at or below 4C
- Three chest freezers and upright freezer are functional
- Dishwasher in the kitchen is measured at 100ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle
- Glasswasher in bar area is measured at 10ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle
- Sanitizer solution in a bucket is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at of inspection, pest control measures are in place
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
