Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # JFEN-B43SZZ of Aug-28-2018 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Front preparation cooler is 8-9 degrees C. Correction: Do not use unless able to maintain at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Sauces were moved to another fridge. Rice was discarded voluntarily at time of inspection.

Comments

Checked quats solution at source - 200 to 400 ppm. OK. Checked a squirt bottle and spray bottle of indicated J512 sanitizer and measured at 200 ppm. OK. Checked ice machine in kitchen and it looks much cleaner. No issues noted.
