Observation: -Dust build-up noticed on the wall behind the turbo chef oven acorss from the sandwich prep cooler.
- Dust build up on the higher level shelves in the front serving aresa of the deli
- Noticed spilled food debris underneath the air flow grills in the deli display coolers
Corrective Action(s): -Clean all of the above surfaces and areas to remove dust and food debris build up.
-Recommended covering the air flow grills in coolers with black mesh type materials ( Please check first to ensre this doesn't block the air flow). (By Feb. 23, 2020).

* Replace the rusted and deteriorating bottom shelf in the main deli section walk-in cooler (By March 2, 2020).
* Do not use any thumb tacks or push pins on the bulletin board if food items are to be stored on the stainless steel table below.
* Use separate color coded (e.g. red handled tongs or spatulas) to dispense foods containing allergens ( e.g. shrimp salad or seafood salad).
It is further recommended to keep trays of allergen containing foods away from the rest of salad trays, to prevent cross contamination.
