Observation: Observed water pooling in-front of walk-in freezer door. This was identified on the inspection from April 2018. The subsequent inspection in November 2018 observed the leak had ceased.

Corrective Action(s): Fix the leak to ensure there is no more pooling water in the facility. This is not only a sanitation issue but as well as a safety hazard.

Provide invoices that leak has been repaired. To discuss further with owner for a reasonabe timeline for follow up inspection.
