PREPARATION COOLERS - AIR TEMPERATURE WAS 3-4 Degrees Celsius AND FOOD TEMPERATURE WAS ALSO 3-4 Degrees Celsius.
SLICER HAS BEEN CLEANED.
SPLASH GUARD ON DOUGH MIXER HAS BEEN CLEANED.
POP GUN & HOLDER HAVE BEEN CLEANED.
SLUSH MACHINE NOZZLES HAVE BEEN CLEANED.
ICE MACHINE IS CURRENTLY NOT IN USE PENDING REMOVAL OF RUST.
PLEASE ENSURE PAINT/SEALANT USED ON ICE MACHINE COMPONENTS IS FOOD GRADE/NON-TOXIC.

QUATS SANITIZER WAS 200 PPM.
ORGANIZATION OF WALK-IN COOLER IS GOOD.
FOODS ARE PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION.
FROZEN FOODS WERE NOT FOUND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
SPILLED POP SYRUP IN ALCOHOL STORAGE ROOM HAS BEEN CLEANED UP AND FRUIT FLIES WERE NOT OBSERVED AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
