Inspected main kitchen and 3 serveries - Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Coolers are ≤ 4°C, freezers are ≤ -18°C. Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining food ≥ 60°C. - Temperature logs are generally maintained. One log had a few missing entries. Ensure logs are maintained. - High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C. - 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available - Ventilation hood is maintained - Dry storage is maintained - Ice machine is maintained - Pest control services are in place. Ensure regular cleaning is done. - Premises is well lit
