Inspection conducted with regard to renovation for the seafood department: new display cooler, new wall tiles, new epoxy coating, new T-bar ceiling and lighting, two new upright cooler. Renovation is completed as per submitted proposal (floor plan).
-hand sink hot and cold running water with paper towel and liquid soap are provided

-Temp of all coolers are satisfactory
-Quats dispensing sanitizer is available.
- UV light ( changed every 10 months)
-Knifes in each station will be washed and sanitized every 2 hrs (if being used continuously)
-Temp of live tank are satisfactory
-Pest control professional is contracted ( 3 times per week) for whole facility including seafood department.
-Temp log sheet and supplier list are available for all seafood products.
No issues noted- department can operate.

Full inspection will be conducted once the department is fully in operation.
