Quat sanitizer has product available, however machine is old and has not been serviced. As discussed, please remove this equipment and switch to a manual dilution of food grade sanitizer such as 5ml regular bleach in 1L of water
Dishwasher reached 72C internally after 3 cycles. Gage on exterior appears accurate
General sanitation good
No evidence of pests
