Observation: No hot water was found at any of the sinks at any point during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Premises is to close immediately
Have hot water tank repaired or replaced so it is capable of maintaining hot water at all times during operation.
Once hot water has been repaired must re-wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware and equipment.

Observation: 1. Found multiple items being store in coolers and freezers with out lids or protective coverings
2. Found food being stored on the floor
3. Found utensils/bowls being stored partially or fully submerged inside food products to portion out food.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all foods are covered when put away.
2. Must keep all food and food equipment 15 cm or 6" off the floor.
3. Do not store bowls or utensils submerged into food products, must leave handle out to prevent contamination of the food product.

- Pest control is still on contract, no new evidence noted at time of inspection
- Hand sinks had liquid soap and paper towel
