Routine Inspection:

Kitchen:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Temperatures of all coolers (walk-in, prep, sliding door) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Temperatures of all chest freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
2-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine.
Concentration of bleach sanitizer in bucket = 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - very good.

Front:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Temperature of display cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.
Temperature of Kulfi freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Concentration of bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.

Overall:
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
All equipment, pots and pans stored in a sanitary manner.
Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Raw meats stored on separate shelf in walk-in cooler.
Operator has removed items not required for the facility operation and improved general organization.
