Observation: A large number of droppings was found in the storage room. Three packages of flour had rodent chew marks on them (discarded) . In the kitchen, droppings were found on and under shelving. Droppings were found inside an open bag of rice (discarded).

Inspection:

All coolers were < 4 C.
The dishwasher reached 78 C at the plate level.
-Ensure that a 100 ppm bleach solution is always available for sanitizing surfaces.
