In the kitchen, droppings were found on and under shelving. Droppings were found inside an open bag of rice (discarded). Comments

Inspection: All coolers were < 4 C. The dishwasher reached 78 C at the plate level. -Ensure that a 100 ppm bleach solution is always available for sanitizing surfaces. Closure Order issued due to a pest infestation and a lack of cleaning.
