Routine inspection General sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pest noted. Pest management plan is in place. Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. Temperature Control: Walk in cooler is @ 0.5C. Milk is stored as first in-first out Ice cream freezer below -18 Display cooler is @ 2C Milk for coffee is pre portioned and stored in bucket of ice water. Back garbage area is clean and well maintained.
