Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - No sanitizer available for sanitizing surfaces at time of inspection.
- Manually washed dishes were not being sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): - Staff prepared fresh solution of bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottle at time of inspection. 200 ppm chlorine detected.
- All dishes must be 1: Washed with hot, soapy water 2: Rinsed with clean, hot water 3: Sanitized with 200 ppm bleach solution 4: Air dried.
- Mixing instructions for sanitizer: Mix 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water, or mix 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water.
