-Improvement in sanitation in meat processing area - meat slicer, grinder, knives, floor and surfaces maintained in sanitary condition.
-No produce or ready to eat foods stored under meat grinder table or meat storage shelving - food protected
-No cardboard used in open display cooler allowing proper flow of cold air
-Better stacking and filling of display coolers - not over stocked and not covering front air vents.
-Meat section handsink free of obstructions - paper towel roll still needs to be relocated next to handsink for easy access (behind meat slicer is far and dangerous).

*Talk to owner about oven future use vs removal - possible uses in near future. Back storage area requires re-organization
