Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potato salad, shreaded cheese, sauces, cut vegetable measured at an internal temperature of 9.8C in the prep cooler at the front of house. Air ambient temperature of the prep cooler measured at 11C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned items.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Payment machine disinfected after every use. Table and chairs adequately spaced 2m apart. Maximum occupancy signs present. Health check for staff conducted daily. Customer information collected and maintained for at least 30 days for contact tracing purposes. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm.
All hot-holding units met temperature health requirements. Walk-in cooler, stand-up freezer, and beer cooler met temperature health requirements.
Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine.
Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
